Bob Leiker the Official Martial Arts Instructor for the Kansas City Chiefs

Sensei Bob spent three seasons (2002-2005) with the Kansas
City Chiefs as the official Martial Arts Instructor for the organization. Sensei
Bob works a great deal of time in the off season assisting in developing and
increasing hand speed, reaction timing, hand and foot coordination, proper
striking technique and overall development. In addition to the drills mentioned;
extensive amounts of bag work, core development and flexibility drills are also
incorporated.

The strength department for the Kansas City Chiefs is headed up by veteran
Coach Jeff Hurd. Jeff has years of professional experience in the NFL & the
College ranks and is a firm believer in the martial arts and the techniques and
philosophies involved.
